Our mission is to empower HGSE students and alumni in the pursuit of lifelong personal growth, professional development, and career exploration in an environment that builds a culture of belonging for all members of the community, engages with respect across difference, and emphasizes accessibility and opportunity.

- For ***students***, we offer 1:1 coaching, office hours, workshops, networking events, recruitment fairs and expos, and more. With our suite of services and resources, you will be prepared for every step in your career development.
- For ***alumni***, we continue to support your needs as you go through your career and hope that you will consider hiring HGSE talent at the organizations that you represent.
