#  Is the Licensure Office able to complete Verification of Approved Licensure Program Forms? 

 



Yes. If you completed a licensure program at HGSE and are now applying for educator licensure in another state that requires a Verification of Approved Program form, the Licensure Team can complete the form on your behalf. After you’ve graduated from your HGSE licensure program, please send the form to Sami at <sfeldman@gse.harvard.edu> for completion.
