Is the Licensure Office able to complete Verification of Approved Licensure Program Forms?

Yes. If you completed a licensure program at HGSE and are now applying for educator licensure in another state that requires a Verification of Approved Program form, the Licensure Team can complete the form on your behalf. After you’ve graduated from your HGSE licensure program, please send the form to Sami at sfeldman@gse.harvard.edu for completion.
